Had a great stay in September. The setting of hotel was absolutely perfect and stunning, in the tent at the beach. And it's at a medium distance from Atlantico Grill, ate there once or twice. I was given a large room with gorgeous views, the garden. A shower, hair dryers, and a bidet was a plus.

I recently had a last-minute trip to this hotel and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the island on the side of Ponta Delgado. It was just a short drive from the airport, which was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of a water park, public beaches, and a marina offering various water activities like diving, snorkeling, and kayaking. The surrounding area also had several restaurants and supermarkets, making it easy to find everything we needed.

All in all, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't find any areas that needed improvement.

The customer service is lacking and there is no clear guidance on how to operate the dishwasher or washing machine. the lack of attention to detail is evident in the poorly maintained furnishings and the dirty showers.

Spent Thanksgiving at a beautiful apartment next to the sea. the infinity pool and well, manicured garden were a highlight, as well as the spacious interiors and well, equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine. the towels provided for the pool were a thoughtful touch. the location was perfect, close to various attractions and restaurants, and offered stunning views of the ocean.

The self, guided arrival process was challenging, and we struggled to find our unit. It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions and more detailed explanations for operating appliances like the dishwasher and washing machine.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and stunning views over the pool and to the beach. The location is superb, easily accessible from Ponta Delgada. The friendly and efficient staff, like Andreina, make for a delightful stay.

We had an amazing New Year's vacation at this hotel. The view from our apartment was breathtaking - overlooking the ocean and a wonderful infinity pool. The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away, including beaches, water parks, and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the ample supply of towels provided.

Our only complaint was the lack of comfortable outdoor seating. We would have loved to lounge on the balcony and soak up the stunning views, but there were not enough chairs or loungers.
